I know that in XRD we could measure the retained austenite in metals by analysing the XRD patterns in the software High Score Plus.But, that software is not currently available in and around my college.So, anybody please suggest me a way to measure those by any other means

You can measure by dilatometry method, wherein the same heating and cooling rate of your process can be simulated in a small sample and check the RA. The lowest temperaure you can go is -150 Deg Celsius. Do let me know if you require further info.
There are etching methods that can be used, a google of your alloy and/or its components will provide this. Basically if you get the etchant right different phases can be revealed.
EBSD can differentiate between FCC and BCC phases.
XRD you don't need the package you mention you can calculate yourself from textbooks, e.g Cullity or Warren. Or just do an XRD pattern after different conditions and measure ratio of FCC to BCC as a fair guide.
I would never recommend to use EBSD for residual austenite determination since the statistic is extremely weak for residual fractions. I also wander - like Thomas - why you don't use free available software like MAUD or Fullprof (perjaps even Powdercell can do this job) to analyse the phase fraction. The problem will be always how accurate it can be? The phase fraction is commonly limited to be 2% for austenite-ferrite, i.e. it works if you still see some peaks of austenite. Since this is the most simple solution (because you obviously already have the diffraction signal) and from my point of view also some of the most reliable. There are alternatives but they are even more exotic than EBSD, and you need a simple one. Like optical techniques which also work. There should be a big amount of fundamental literature available describing etchant and determination techniques.
XRD recommended only when absence of Undissolved carbides and preferred orientation.The problem is relating the intensities of peaks of Austenite when the presence of carbides and preferred orientation is so complicated to measure the RA
