It is quite difficult to say what to expect if you do not tell us what kind of sample you have investigated. Where did you measure your sample? Do they not support you with any analysis?

Thank you Mr. Daniel, I have investigated carbon black samples but I don't know how to fit it and get onset temperature. If time permits, please tell me which software is useful for it.
you can use, for example, the MagicPlot programm (https://magicplot.com/downloads.php).
You need to create the table with your data (temperature-TGA signal). After plotting the curve you can differentiate it and so you will find onset and endset temperature. I added screenshots for clarity.
I would recommend using the Netzsch Proteus software, especially if you are planning on performing further TGA studies. It has an option of 'auto plot' which will provide consistent values for onset mass loss steps etc and will accept several file types.
