How to analyze genotype and allele frequencies in prism ?

My project is about the effect of 2 SNPs in Glut9 transporter and how are these SNPs could be a risk/protective factor in gout.

I used real-time PCR for the amplification of SNPs in glut9 gene and i collect the report, now I need to carry out the statistical analysis using prism software
