I think, it is possible using the built in library through screening method. However, for the quantitative method, it is necessary to use external or internal standards. The best option is to communicate with the suppliers of the respective instruments. They may help you better than us.

You don't say what sort of analysis you want to do. For quantitative analysis you would have to accept a great deal of error in order to process your data with no ISTD. For qualitative analysis your best bet is to sit down with the spectra and someone who knows what they are doing and learn how to do it.
