Hi fellow researchers . I do have problems on how to start on my analysis. My questionnaire consist of three section. The structure is as below.

1st Section

- Demographic profile ( Gender, Age, Level of education, Years of working experience, position, company name, nature of business)

2nd Section

- Individual's behavior

1. Amount of time browsing the internet (5 option answers, respondent can only answered one)

2. Among the frequent platform for me to share knowledge in the internet are: (all answer option is asked on a Likert Scale)

a) Company Official Website

b) Online forum/bulletin boards

c) Social media platform

d) Online databases & knowledge repository

e) Digital Hubs

3. Main reasons for me to share knowledge in the internet platform (Digital energy hub) are : (all answer option is asked on a Likert Scale)

a) Knowledge seeking purposes

b) Gain feedback on new ideas

c) Part of my job responsibility

d) Build relationship and collaboration

e) For other people to get benefit from it

4. The main concern in sharing knowledge in the internet platform (Digital energy hub) are: (all answer option is asked on a Likert Scale)

a) Confidentiality issues

b) Insufficient incentive and recognition

c) Insufficient facilities (hardware/software) and technical support

d) Not fully supported by the top management

e) Lack of trust

3rd Section

- Main factors

1. Performance Expectancy (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

2. Effort Expectancy (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

3. Social Influence (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

4. Facilitating Conditions (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

5. System Quality (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

6. Service Quality (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

7. Knowledge Quality (Multiple answer option with Likert Scale)

So my question is, how to analyse these types of question ? What are the procedures do I have to do in steps ? What kind of statistical tests that is on the table that I can apply ?
