How to adjust the supply temperature based on a probe reading in OpenFOAM?

Hi I'm working on HVAC modelling, I need to adjust the supply temperature based on a probe reading or avg measurement over a patch. The supply temperature need to be adjusted every iteration (for steady state) or time step (for transient analyses).

Can I who how to do it in OpenFOAM?
