I am submitting some sequence to NCBI. at the time of uploading it is asking following question "The listed sequence(s) do not have genetic code, which is required for translation. This might be because we did not recognize the organism names. Please provide the appropriate genetic code by adding transl_table qualifier under the applicable CDS feature(s) in your feature table file". I am unable to understand it. Please suggest how should i proceed. Thank you
I had the same problem, I just put at the end of the lines for qualifiers and it seemed to run.

I have done the same and have successfully submitted the sequences.
I have added
transl_table 11
I had modified my annotation like this. At the end of line for annotations/Qualifiers, i added transl_table 11. Below is the example.
>Feature SequenceName
644 gene
gene (Selected gene)
643 CDS
product (Product)
codon_start 2
transl_table 11
The genetic codes depend upon the origin of that particular gene.
