How to add the properties of a two-dimensional orthotropic material in Ansys material library?

I have seen in articles that only 4 elastic constants are provided for a material ( E1, E2,v12, and G12, besides the limit stresses of the material) like the image I put below.

Assuming this is a transversely isotropic material, I think we need 5 constants to calculate the other properties. Is there any solution?

In FEAMP software, it is possible to create a two-dimensional orthotropic material, then thicken it. It then gives you the fifth unknown and the abd matrix, which can be used in Ansys. However, I did not understand how the software does this.
