I have used hilbert filter on the current signal and i have to add two signals, one signal after hilbert filter and other signal before hilbert signal, however, i have used simple adder but i think after hilbert filter signal come with some delay and i am not able to get one signal after adding both the signals. I have attached simulink picture and result picture.

You can use Z-1 as a delay to one of the signal. Add it to one of the signal before summing up the 2 signals.
Sir Tian Seng Ng and Sir Md Sazal Miah thanks a lot for your kind response, i have tried both of these techniques but i think these signals are not getting added because one signal is real and other is imaginary. Is there any way to add imaginary and real signal?

You can switch from time-domain to s-domain for the real and imaginary signals. "s" is equivalent to "jw" during conversion. And add a s-domain delay using e-s to one of the signal as a delay. This is done by multiplying this e-s to the s-domain signal to form a delay signal. Then sum both signals up.
