How to add GAGE package in visual modflow flex?

I mesh the domain with the Unstructured method (USG) in Visual modflow Flex 6.1 and need to add a new package (celled GAGE) for a lake in the translation step. But I don't know how to add. I hope some can teach me. Thanks!
