I am going to design a unit cell and insert a diode.
I downloaded some S2P files for diodes and used the TOUCHSTONE in lumped element section in CST but I found out for every S2P files I got the same results and no changes for my results.
Would you please help me how I can add diodes with S2P files in my design?

Can you add a screen shot of schematic. How did you connected the s2p file. You have to add a discrete port in cst in 3D mode. In schematic mode you have to take the block and enable differential pin and connect the s2p file to work.

thanks for your response, Actually I made a mistake to insert a diode with its S2P file. I am not using the schematic section of CST, I need to add the diode from lumped element part.
Have you tried to use the spice parameters or the spice file for this diode? If you found the .s2p for it, probably you can find the spice parameters in the supplier website or datasheet. Then, in Lumped Network Element, instead of the type Touchstone, choose Diode (set spice parameters) or Spice Circuit (enter spice file).
