Thanks for your answer. But I am asking that Google scholar automatically take the descriptions but only few paper take is taking that.

Go to edit profile facility, then select article manually, and try to add full details about your article my friend.

How from the edit? Jasim Hassen

The abstract of the article reflects as description in Google Scholar. There is no option available at the moment to add a description manually. Editing menu does not have description space.
