When I open the Scopus home page, it looks like the attached image, and I can’t find any advanced search options. How can I access that?
The page snapshot you have provided with the query is the Scopus Preview, i.e., the page that everyone with or without a subscription can access. If you have a subscription for the Scopus database, you can access the full search interface through the portal, e.g., E-library, etc., or you can try this link

Ashish Kumar Thank you for your reply. This link also doesn’t work; it redirects me to the preview page again.
This type of issue may be due to the restriction in off campus access. You can either try this link on the institution's network.
Or the same can also be resolved by logging in into scopus through the institute mail id with institution domain like [email protected] and then a sorry page will appear. After that open the same link in new tab.
This works for me when I try to use Scopus off campus. Hope this works for you as well.
