I am interested in analyzing satellite-derived swell spectra data from Sentinel 1. This is a L2 product that contains different wave properties for each vignette, which is currently maintained by Copernicus:

Does anyone knows how to access this data? I tried exploring the links available and could only find handbooks and technical information about the data, but not the data itself.

you have to go to the site:
https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/#/home
select product from sentinel-1 and the select OCN
The OCN product may contain the following geophysical components derived from the SAR data:
- Ocean Wind field (OWI)
- Ocean Swell spectra (OSW)
- Surface Radial Velocity (RVL)
Do not forget to fill in other requirements such as satellite platform, polarisation, Sensor mode, and other information related to sensing period and ingestion period.

To access the data you must register at https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/#/home.
I understand that you are already registered. Here you will be able to select any of the three Sentinel missions by selecting the satellite platform and its respective options.
By placing your area of interest in the center of the screen you will get a list of available images.
