did you setup the hardness values for the investigated material? In the material properties for the obtained workpiece-material you have to setup the Jominy Hardness Curve or the Jominy distance vs. cooling time. I tried to investigate the variation of hardness of machined parts, but in every simulation the software crash down.

I also wanted to evaluate the hardness variation after cycles of cold deformation, but I did not understand the proper way to investigate and to do this.

However, in the user manual for version 6.1 page 63, there is an explanation on how to evaluate hardness in DEFORM 3D, but I have to mention that it's confusing!

I am searching for an answer and if I find any, I will let you know.

The Jominy curve is only valid for material that harden by heat treatment.  Hardening by heat treatment means that the material experiences phase transformation during the cooling phase such as the austenite to martensite transformation. In this case the hardness of the product will depend mainly on the cooling rate during the process.

In cold forming processes, the hardness increases due to dislocation generation during the forming process. These are two completely different things. 

If You wish to calculate the hardeness after cold working operation, You need to convert the equivalent plastic strain induced during the forming process into a hardness value. This correlation You can obtain by making hardness testing on sampless deformed by compression testing to different plastic strains.
