Some of my papers are still under review since 11 months. But when I checked journal home page the accepted articles received dates are varying, some are received 2 months ago and some are received 6-12 months ago from the date of acceptance. Why the article handling time is varying?

You should email the journal and if the response is unsatisfactory or not forthcoming, formally withdraw the paper and submit elsewhere

Rudrarapu Aravind the normal duration of the peer-review process should be ca. 3-4 months.

In the case of open access journals the invoice creation and the payment by the administration of the university may contribute significantly.
