We breathe in oxygen and emit carbon dioxide ... then how does the use of face masks affect? is there any research related to that? ... I want the opinion of all of you ...Thanks you
A mask means less oxygen which puts the immune system under stress. Even if the coronavirus were transmitted through the air, it's far too small to be filtered out by a mask (but since it's not transmitted through the air, we don't need to worry).
Yet, I would hesitate to assert that masks are entirely pointless because they do encourage fomite transmission, i.e. transmission from objects and materials that carry the infection (article-to-hand-to-mask-transmission); so masks do serve a purpose.
In sum: if people would like to significantly increase their risk of dying, I would highly recommend what every government recommends: the wearing of masks and practicing social distancing, or even better: sheltering in without going outside.
Sometimes it results to breathing difficulties. Have a look at this reading :https://blog.encompasshealth.com/2020/07/24/combating-the-effects-of-mask-wearing/
Although I'm not a medical expert, but I believe face masks have both positive and negative effects on us in this Covid-19 period. Though it's been scientifically reported to be effective in reducing the risk of contacting Covid-19 but there are tendency it could also reduce breathing as many people aren't used to it prior to this time especially for the old and those with chronic diseases. So everything has its pros and cons.

The use of the mask leads to an increase in carbon dioxide and results in shortness of breath, but its benefit in reducing the possibility of transmission of the COVID 19 virus makes its use necessary in crowded areas.
There is a chance that wearing a face mask as part of social distancing can cause someone to build up so much carbon dioxide and get so little oxygen that they pass out, or worse.
