I think that the energy required to produce pv panels batteries and converters is more than the energy produces by the same panel in its life time, i need a research article to prove me wrong
It is an interesting reasoning the one that you are having. In fact, in many cases the net produced energy is not even sufficient to repay the energy invested in the construction of the facility. However, nowadays there is a growing concern about this type of NEA (Net Energy Analysis) to assess the performance of energy services. A good indicator for the comparison of renewable vs non-renewable technologies is the EROI (Energy Return On Investment), which compares the energy produced to the energy invested, very similar to the economic indicator. The sustainability of any process (including renewable energy) is done through the life cycle analysis (LCA). The LCA ReciPe and EcoIndicator99 measurement tools are highly recommended. The limited availability of data (on chemical compounds, materials, etc.) and the uncertainty of these are the main drawback of these methods.

thank you all for your responses, i think it will be gradually self sustainable when the production process of the renewable energy generators come from green energy.
Sustainability are very different concept from renewability of an energy source. Renewability is basically its own nature but sustainability concerns the way human beings use it. A renewable means that it can be generated or recovered naturally after exploitation. Sustainability is assured by the using it at a reasonable rate of extraction. It is generally possible to achieve renewability and sustainability in solar, wind and geothermal energy sources.
