You could cultivate them on ME agar and on PDA (50%) to check by microscopy spore production, then with manual (Domsch & Gams, Barnett, etc) you could classified them at least at the Genus level. If you have interest in a determined fungal group (e.g. Penicillium, Fusarium, etc) you could use better a specific taxonomic key to know which media to use for their identification.

If there is the possibility to send their DNA for sequencing also is a faster a relatively good option.
