This collection of MODIS has 2 options for calculating NDVI index. First, we can calculate it from NDVI formula or we can use NDVI index that MODIS has calculated. I use both of them but they are different. How can I show NDVI index of this product MOD13A1 in Arc GIS?

You can use the NDVI index given from MODIS directly. The radiometric and atmospheric corrections are already done to it. This is the reason why, when you calculate NDVI from the formula, it is different, as it is not bias corrected. The following recent article shows, they used LANDSAT NDVI directly:

Thank you very much for answering my question Nikul Kumari. Do you mean that it is better to use NDVI Index which is calculated by MODIS? when I use this product the NDVI range is -2000 to 9000 but I have read that the NDVI range must be from -1 to 1 do you know anything about it?
-2000 to +9000 seems very close to -0.2 to + 0.9 (x 104) that are the real world value of NDVI. Please see my pertinent A&Q on estimated value of NDVI.
