I know Fn is parallel with Ec & Ev with a constant slope dependending on the direction of bias. I have not come across any textbooks that deals with this situation directly.

But from the analogy of a PN junction (split of the Fermi level in the depletion region where the EHP are generated under a bias) I think that here the Fermi level should split from the positive V side (assuming this is where the excess carrier deta_p and delta_n are generated) to EFn and Efp and reach EF on the negative side end. It is in equilibrium on negative V side (n~n0). Do you agree?
