The voltage sensor block is not getting connected across capacitor, how can I fix that?

The question is a bit vague. What I understand is that you need to measure a voltage via a capacitor. It may for instance be that you want to measure the high voltage of an electrostatic charging process, or that you want to measure millivolt AC pulses. So, to help you solve the question more information is needed.
What do you mean with the term voltage sensor block (type, manufacturer)?
What is the voltage range that you need to measure?
Is it DC or AC voltage you want to measure?
To which system must the signal be conditioned?
What is the accuracy etc. needed?
