suppose my IV is A( with two categories) , DV is B( with 3 categories) and there are three moderating variables 1) GENDER(with 2 categories) , 2) QUALIFICATION( with 3 categories) and 3) AGE( at ordinal scale, 26-30, 31-35 etc)
My hypothesis is AGE, QUAL AND GENDER moderate the relationship of A and B individually and altogether.
Any suggestions please?

Hi, examining the level of measurements for your 'possible' moderating variables indicates that you dont have to do dummy coding. Gender already 2 categories, qualifications should be sorted to be in ordinal level, and age with categories also in ordinal level.
Therefore, you need to apply the common methods of testing for moderation as in the attached articles.
