I am a post graduate in Physics. Now I am working in the field of astrochemistry which deals with the formation of complex molecules in interstellar clouds which are detected via verity of spectroscopic methods. I don’t have the idea about how should I apply the basic ideas of spectroscopy to the astronomical systems. which techniques should I focus on, how experimentalist gain information about the chemical system they observe in the spectra etc If a book can suggest it will be helpful.

Firstly you can start studying about the physical parameters we can derive from astrophysical spectra and then about the atomic and molecular spectra.

OK and what kind of facility (telescope and spectrograph) you have available to do the observations?
I am not familiar with analysis programs for spectrographic observations, but again a Google search will probably bring you onto the right track.

Based on your stated interests, I guess far infrared to sub-millimeter wavelengths would be of special interest. There are countless textbooks on the subjects of vibrations, rotational and Raman spectroscopy. Understanding the theory is a good place to start.
These wavelengths can be atmospherically blocked, especially at low altitudes and in regions of high humidity. Fourier transform spectrometers and heterodyne instruments operate at many ground-based telescopes operating from mountaintop locations.
Modern, high-resolution instruments have been developed for airborne research and I am familiar with two that have been developed for the SOFIA airborne research observatory, described in:

Sir Franz-Josef Hambsch, I don't have the experimental facility. My work is limited to predicting reaction pathways for the detected (or possible detection) using computational quantum chemistry. whatever spectroscopy I need is to understand the papers on the observations of new molecules and the other experimantal works performed on the same systems.
