The replacement of artemia needs to be a live feed for a fish hatchery. It should not be a manufactured feed. The other replacement is daphnia, or any kind of zooplankton depending on freshwater or marine water.

I'd suggest Gemma Micro ZF for the start and then swich to Gemma NEO.
