There is no simple answer because it will depend entirely on the specific pesticides. Some might have no affect at all on bacteria, whereas others might be highly inhibitory. The mechanism of inhibition is also going to be different for each pesticide. So if you have one or two specific ones in mind, you can get an answer for those, but there is no answer to your broad question about pesticides in general.
