Maestro has the ‘MMGBSA’ account instead of the ‘MMPBSA’ account. Both do the same thing, express the free energy and are accepted by the literature. MMGBSA is under the Prime module.

There is no way to perform PCA analysis using Desmond. You can do PCA analysis by converting your data to other formats. This is easy.
