How often should I run the sterilization procedure (for maintenance purposes_ Binder CO2 cabinet)?

Assuming there's no detected contamination in the cabinet, how often should I sterilize the CO2 cabinet?

Co-worker suggested we should maintain an absolute clean surroundings (to the cabinet) in fear of overworking the heat sensor/the filter or any other sensitive hardware inside the cabinet. It's hard to do so as we're sharing the AC system within a 7-floored building.

I tried looking for instructions/recommendations in the manual (provided along with the device) but found nothing.

It would be of great help to receive any kinds of recommendations on the matter. Thank you all in advance
