High O, C, E, and A, as well as Low N are socially desirable. They enable people to form lasting relationships which enable cooperation and coordination.
However, at extreme values they can become dysfunctional: the High E who can't stop talking, the High A who can't say no.
Moreover, some jobs are better suited for people without the socially desirable trait. Jobs where one is always alone might be best for people with Low E. A night watch job which requires vigilance might be best for a High N. The best creative writers or inventors might be Low C.
OCEAN has positive effects on organizational performance, in the organizational structure, in the operational part, in the image of the entity because it gives us to know the personality traits of human talent, leadership, empathy, responsibility in the interrelationship between workers and the bet towards the achievement of the objectives.
