I agree with you that knowledge of ICT is currently a great point in favor of the workers of any company, but I disagree with you when you say that currently, there are companies that collect physical resumes because I have not yet met at least In my city, a company that I have attended and has accepted a physical resume. All companies currently request that they be delivered online. This is partly a disadvantage, especially for a certain population that has not grown up with technology and for whom it is an impediment.
