I have successfully prepared the above mentioned nanoparticles by chemical reduction method ,now I want to prepare the same nanoparticles by biochemical reduction method using plants originated reducing agents and capping agents as well,Kindly suggest me the simplest way,by suggesting metal precursor & plants origin reductants & capping agents.further give a simple idea of how these brought into reaction mean step wise preparation method that i can follow it.Thanks in advance to all RG's.
Use fresh equeous extract or prepared their broth by heating plants materials at boiling temp. Try for different plants but it will be difficult to prepare pure Ni, Cr and Co nanoparticles with pure plant extract. You will add few drop hydrazine or NaOH solution to make the pH basic (near pH 8)

This is a very good question and answers lies, emphatically, in your synthetic chemical process analysis. You need to analyse the characteristics of the synthetic reductant, catalyst (if employed) and search and compare with the biological systems' reductant capable of doing the same transformation. You may need to make this synthesis semi-synthetic in nature. Although the animal-based biochemical reactions, in terms of approach for researchers, are more clear, pronounced and selective for researchers, the plant extracts are a bit tricky and at times difficult or (seems) general. You may also need to employ more than one plant derived reactant, catalyst or reaction handlers (indirect participation!). Hope you got enough clue to proceed!
