Rock characteristics such as porosity, density, mineralogy and mechanical properties have correlation with wave propagation. Can i achive a base method for modeling the rock with all properties?
We can make model of deep ground with seismology. Than how can optimized these methods?

Wave speed in different directions give an indication of density and rigidity, which together with other data make a model.
Look at publications for wave propagation in poroelastic media, such as Carcione, Rubino, De Barros or my papers. In all cases, you will deal with homogeneised media (at wavelength). If you want to do modelling at pore scale, just be aware that you will deal with different scales than seismic (ultrasonic, core scale). Then you should look at digital rock physics publications, see for example Saenger.

1. It depends what you wish to investigate and predict.
2. If you are just interested in the propagation of sound through a single homogeneous layer of rock, then all you need to know is its density and compressibility.
3. If you are interested in modelling the effects of a "nuclear underground explosion" then thats a different matter entirely.
4. IF you are interested in modelling the effects of an "earth impact event", then you will need to model the surface of the Earth as a structurally failing crustal section, propagating as if it were a "gravity wave" like a wave on the sea and then freezing into a mountain structure when it comes to rest.
