How much tissue shrinkage does 4% PFA post perfusion cause?

How much shrinkage can I expect after fixing mouse brain with 4% PFA? Would 10% be reasonable or 20? Thank you!

Ther is only minimal shrinkage after perfusin if you work later with non embedded tissue. If you embed the tissue in paraffin or other resins where you need an alcoholic dehydration then you can expect 10 -20 % of shrinkage
