I would like to know how much long can I conserve serum samples in - 20°C for biochemical analysis : lipid profile (cholesterol, triglyceride...), protein profile (albumin, total protein...), enzymatic (ASAT, ALAT...), glucose .

I think within the 48 hours you can check the ,LP, PP and LFT tests from the serum samples for better result.

Firstly blood samples of ewes must kept for separating serum arraund 24 hours in room temperature and it's better to put the tube of samples in 45 angle
Add to Dr Amad answer, serum alteration is due to gel-degel phenomenon associated to light shorting. If there is not light shorting, the serum may be kept for several days about 3 weeks.
selon les paramètres; le véritable problème c'est la congélation decongélation.
pour la conservation à -20°c elle va de quelques semaines voir des années;
mais selon mon expérience à ne pas dépasser 6mois surtout pour les hormones
les enzymes 3 mois les autres paramètres plus de 6 mois.
for Lipid profile serum samples can be stored at -20 over 6 month duration. Protein profile and enzymes for 1-2 month. But for glucose it is required to collect the sample in fluoride bulb and better to use plasma for accurate results. Always analyze fresh samples for best results. otherwise use preservative like sodium azide for long term preservation to avoid fungal growth.
Answer: Prior to shipment or for a maximum of 48 hours, serum should be kept between 4 and 8°C. 7 days. Serum samples held for longer periods of time should be frozen at or below 20°C and sent to the testing facility on frozen ice packs.
