Based on Refs. [1, 2], the maintenance (operation) cost of "electrical storage system" is assumed 0.5 p/kWh or the maintenance (operation) cost of "thermal storage system" is assumed 0.1 p/kWh. Can someone please help me with finding a reference to know how much the maintenance (operation) cost of “hydrogen storage system” and “solar thermal storage system” are?

The mathematical formulation of “hydrogen storage system” and “solar thermal storage system” can be found in Refs. [3, 4] but the maintenance cost of these equipment was not introduced in this references.
