It's important which type of thymocytes, you can use. For example specific human T-cell line, or thymocytes, or periferal lymphocytes. First you have to determine the number of cells in microliter or mililiter, after that to inject first smaller dosage and to wait about 14 days to be generated autoantibodies. It's better after 1 month from the first injection to do the second immunization with higher dosage from thymocytes the same horse to generate about 1-2 weeks secondary immune responce with higher serum levels of anti-human thymocytes antibodies.
