Özlem Demirkesen, unfortunately, I cannot provide a reference for this, but as a result of the experiments I have done, I constantly remsove the hippocampus and weigh it for biochemical expriments. In the control group of rats, it is generally around 180-200 mg (just an onservstion, I never published a result about hippocampal wight).
