I am trying to prepare a 5 ml aqueous solution containing salt ( NaCl ) and surfactant ( SDS ) in beaker and then transfer it to test tube. the problem which i face, is that some of solution sticks to wall or bottom of beaker, which is undesirable. because i want to transfer all of my solution to the test tube. does solubility limit of salt in the presence of surfactant, influence this sticking ?How can i solve this problem?

I don't think that is a problem of solubility of NaCl, since it is quite high (~6M). By looking at the beaker, the residues of solution seem foam or particles coming from SDS. You should let the solution of SDS dissolve for long time with mixing.
