A Mango growing publication from University of Florida recommends a total of 1.5-3 lb of 8-3-9-2 fertilizer for example. (680-1360 g)

My growing season is about 6-7 months (~26 weeks) and my fertilizer strength is about twice of the mentioned one 14-6-20-4 so let's just assume that I would need about half of the amount which is 340-680g
I prefer to fertilize every time I water a seedling, which is around 10L each week.
When we do the math we get a dose of 13-26g in each watering which is 1.3-2.6g/L.

It might be interesting to measure what is accumulating in your 'sand' in the fertiliser zone and beyond. Foliar analysis is a powerful way to assess nutrient sufficiency.
a) I don't know if you will get an answer to the specific question, but it may help if you can report the amount of each nutrient in your fertigation in units of parts-per-million (ppm). You will probably want to report in these units anyway. ... b) With a sandy soil, spoon feeding fertilizer every irrigation, as you suggest, may be beneficial. ... c) But I'm wondering if you want to use occasional clear irrigations. ... d) Also, note that you are talking about seedlings. Seedlings may be more sensitive to salt concentrations than more mature plants. I would suggest using a 10 10 10 for the period of growth before flowering.
You might want to do foliar analysis and look for Nitrogen of 1.2%
In the flowering period use a analysis with heavy in potassium light in both nitrogen and phosphorus.
Apply the fertilizer around the drip circle of the tree.
If you use a legume ground cover of perennial peanut nitrogen will not be needed. and this can help in weed control.

Ben Aymen If you use 30% more than recommended dose of fertilizers in mango or any of crop it create toxicity and make it difficult for plant growth and production
