How much elution buffer should I use to elute proteins from the Streptavidin Magnetic Beads ?

I am using 33 microleter magnetic bead slurry to bind proteins..Can anyone please tell me how much elution buffer I should add so that I don't dilute my proteins and also enough so that I could elute all the proteins from the beads.. Thanks, Gautham

U can use 40-50microlitre buffer, u should repeat elution with elute out fraction to increase yield of protein
