How much catalase dose is required to quench 10 mM H2O2?

I am working on UV/H2O2 process for COD removal of basic dye. I want to quench H2O2 as it interferes in COD. How much dose of catalase should be used to quench 10 mM H2O2?

It depends on how fast you want to remove H2O2. One unit of catalase will consume 1 µmol of H2O2 per minute.

The best approach is to test several dilutions of catalase and 10 mM H2O2 using a spectrophotometer set at 240 nm.
