HPLC "Retention times" are not universal and are only applicable to a specific method of analysis. "Mass", in what form/units for what ???
The answer is NO! See Bill's answer above. Let me explain. Even in common GC analysis for fatty acids in vegetable oil (FAME or fatty acid methyl esters) internal standards are needed because the flowrate of the gas (Nitrogen, Helium...) can vary as well as the temperature ramp plus the detector (FID) responds differently to each molecule (and it's spacing) and each oil.
