The idea of my project is:
I ve made a sytem of one DNA which hybirizes with tho DNA with Cy3 and Cy5 each one (initial complex), when I add a fourth sequence of DNA at pH6 a triplex structure forms and Cy3 and Cy5 becomes near, but a pH 8 no. With a RNA sequence I desplace this fourth sequence of DNA and the I want to degrade this RNA to return to the initial complex
