Hi, I plan to use the saliva cortisol sampling via the diurnal pattern of salivary cortisol to indicate stress together with the Perceived Stress Scale for stress level and mental wellbeing, the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale. Observation, site investigation, demonstration, focus group discussion (n=20) and questionnaire survey (n=380) will be used as the primary data. May I know how many participants that I require to recruit in order to achieve greater statistical power for more chances that the test is valid?
