if there are many copies of gene on DNA of plant cell as a result of evolution of a specific gene .and as a result the expression of that gene increase and differ in different plants - OR there is only two copies of a gene and during transcription m RNA transcripe many copies

Depending on the evolution of a specific gene, there can be many copies of the same gene in a given plant species. For each of those copies, however, it's likely that they have each evolved over time. Some genes even though they have multiple copies are still very conserved in their DNA sequence, but many others change over time. The changes can occur in the gene regulatory regions (promoter, terminator, introns, etc.) - which would generate changes in gene expression. Alternatively, the changes can also occur in the gene coding region.
It depends on what type of plant and what type of gene. Many plants are polyploid with 4n, 6n or other numbers of copies of the genome instead of just diploid (2n). And within each 1n set of chromosomes some genes are i duplicated any number of times while others are found as single copy genes.
