Actually you can use the free software available on the net. Try this link

primerexplorer.jp/e/ . I've tried to design primers using this software, but the length of your gene of interest need to be long enough,but not too long, for the software to generate primer for you.

However, you might need to further analyse the primer and suggested to order a few sets, because some of the primer might not work.
