Heidi, If you mean the number of articles your search turns up, you have no control over that, but by refining your search terms, you can limit the number of extraneous abstracts you find.
If you mean the number you will extract data from, again, it depends a lot on the amount of data you plan to extract. It is really difficult to give a definitve answer.
SR's can take from one month to three months usually.
I suggest you have a look at similar SRs in your field and see how many they have included. If you are doing it alone, yours will probably be at the lower end (say 15 max as a very rough guide).
That cannot be predetermined, whatever articles that suffice your eligibility criteria should be included. I suggest you limit the number of the sources for your search and make your search criteria more specific....
