How long would you recommend for human Th polarization ?

Hi,

I am polarizing human naïve T CD4+ cells into Th1, Th2 and Th17. How long would you recommend for each culture ? Is it possible to synchronize the three ? We want to analyse their phenotype by flow, using RORgt, T-bet and GATA3.
