You can get in contact with Professor Meludu and or Professor Elijah Ayolabi. Both of them are in Nigeria and have worked on similar thing for their PhDs with then Dr. S. C. Garde an Indian who set up the laboratory at the Department of Physics, University of Ibadan. I don't think the laboratory is still functioning after departure of Dr. Garde to India about 16 years ago.
