Dear colleagues who used to work for molecular network data analysis using the GNPS platform

It is my first time annotating metabolites using GNPS, after I created a job on it the progress continued running for more than 3 days, and then the platform became unavailable temporarily till now

my question is how long time this technical issue take before maintenance and what is the recommendation in this case please
